Hello and thank you for visiting!  It's my goal here to change the way you look at Real Estate.  Real Estate is still the BEST and SAFEST way to accumulate wealth.  Millionaires understand how to use other peoples money.  And Real Estate does that best.  Real Estate is a leveraged investment, with compound appreciation. How do I know?  Let me interduce myself, I'm Mark Ross.  I've been a Realtor for 35+ years.  In that time I have owned and managed some of the largest R.E. and Loan companies in California.  During my time in Real Estate I found God.  No, he wasn't lost, I was.  He showed me a new way to live my life. I have found a new purpose for my life.  It's to help people in all aspects of their lives, not just Real Estate.   For most people Real Estate is the back bone of their investment program.  But they fail to see how it effects every other aspect of their lives.  Making you rich in Real Estate is not hard, but that won't make you happy.  I've found that only helping others can do can really make you happy.   Getting rich in Real Estate is not rocket science, but it is numbers, and how you use them.  If you get nothing else from me, get this:  "The Right Loans, used at the right time can make a good buy into a GREAT BUY".  Using your equity right is an important part of your success.  In addition, almost anyone can invest in Real Estate, and your first home should only be a stepping stone to becoming wealthy.  The Last KEY here is structuring your buys when you purchase them, not after.   My investors make 30% to over 100% on their money.  I can't garrantee that, but I've never had anyone make less so far.  Everyone buying Real Estate should structure their purchase so that they're  ready to buy their next home, and not sell any of them until your ready to 1031 into commercial properties.

You cannot retire on single family homes, cash flows.  Homes are a fast way to acquire equity.  Fast equity build up is what we're after.  When we get enough equity we can trade our homes for commercial income producing properties.  I use 1031 tax deferred exchanges to capitalize on Uncle Sam, not making us pay taxes when we're moving up.  I specialize in EQUITY MANAGEMENT, USING THE RIGHT LOANS, INVESTMENTS, and THE MANAGEMENT OF YOUR REAL ESTATE, and MOVING UP TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.   You now have a full service Realtor working with you,  and I also do all the management of my partners' RENTALS.
